Vuk Radović
Vuk Radović has participated as a legal counsel in a number of large foreign investment projects concerning M&A. His expertizes are Company Law, Corporate Law and Corporate Governance.
Vuk Radovic is professor at the Faculty of Law University of Belgrade, Company and Commercial Law.
Mr. Radovic attended Doctoral studies with emphasis on Takeover Law between 2004 and 2007. After completing his studies at the Law Faculty of Belgrade University, Vuk Radovic acquired his LL.M. degree at the Pittsburgh University, Law School in 2004.
During his career Vuk Radovic was Assistant Professor at Company Law, Commercial Law, Bankruptcy Law and Stock Exchange Law. During 2005 Professor Radovic instructed brokerage management seminar for business professionals at Agency for Bankruptcy Trustees Licensing and lecturer at official bankruptcy trustee course held at First Municipal Court in Belgrade.
Vuk Radovic worked on following projects:
- "Remuneration of Company Directors" at Max-Planck Institut in Hamburg;
- Member of the Commission working on a project for writing new Serbian Bankruptcy Code;
- Member of the Commission working on a project for writing the amendments of Serbian Chamber of Commerce Act and writing the Report on new changes;
- Worked on a project with IFC on adapting Russian Corporate Governance Manual into Serbian law;
- Working on a project "Takeover Law" at Max-Planck Institut in Hamburg;
- Member of the Commission working on a project for writing the Corporate Governance Code of Chamber of Commerce;
- Member of the Working Group for writing a Draft of the Takeover Act
