Novak Blečić is founding and senior partner of Blečić & Partners Law Firm. He specializes in corporate, mergers and acquisitions, competition law, real estate, insolvency and restructuring, and employment. Novak has participated as a legal counsel in significant number of local and cross-border transactions in Serbia and Montenegro.
