Our team provides comprehensive legal advice on all competition law issues (practices restricting competition or harming collective interests of consumers, unfair trade practices and unfair competition).

Blecic & Partners regularly advise their business clients on all aspects of competition compliance, including client representation in proceedings before the National Competition Authority and before the courts. Our experience includes that in cases relating to the energy industry, media and new technologies, advertising, architectural services, solid and liquid fuel trade, building materials and the insurance market.

  • Legal advice in domestic competition proceedings related to merger control and clearance;
  • Compliance assessments, including competition compliance assessment of commercial contracts, advice on trading and pricing policies and transaction review from the aspect of competition clearance requirements;
  • Compliance programs. We can revise operating procedures (i.e. agreements with competitors, involvement in trade associations, customer relations, commercial contracts), assess risks and help develop compliance policies to reduce significantly the risk of future violations; Blecic & Partners also provide training for the key employees of our clients;
  • Drafting and reviewing of distribution, agency, franchising, and license agreements;
  • Filing requests for individual exemption from prohibition at the Commission for Protection of Competition;
